4/13/2022 To the Hottest Girl in the World

 Hiya Lauren!!

Just wanted to include one last letter in here to you. I'm going to be honest, I miss writing you bi-weekly. But nothing beats having you around and being able to see and talk to you every day. You are by far the greatest thing that's ever happened to me. As I looked back over the emails we sent to each other, I was reminded of the fierce love I have for you. Watching you leave for your mission was by far one of the hardest and most emotional things I've gone through. Yet it is the greatest thing that you could've done. We both grew so much as individuals and grew much closer to each other.

My heart is full of gratitude for all that you do for me and I am so proud of all you've accomplished. I know your mission was not easy and it came with many challenges both spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. You handled it all like a champ and came back as a better version of Lauren Bishoff. I know you were a stellar missionary and that you truly gave your all to the Lord as you served Him with all your heart, might, mind, and strength.

Coming home and adjusting to life is never easy. You've had a lot on your plate between being a full-time student, juggling 2 jobs, developing a relationship with me, and coping with not having your parents here. My respect for you has increased dramatically as I've watched you handle the challenges of life with determination and by relying on God for help. I just love you. I love everything about you. I know relationships aren't easy, nothing worthwhile is ever easy, and I am so happy that I get to embark on this next phase of life with you. You inspire me everyday to do more and to be more.

I'm glad you took a chance on a guy who was much older than you. And I'm glad I took a chance on the freshman. I think we make a great team. I'm excited to raise a family in a gospel centered home and to have you by my side for eternity. I can't think of anything better than that. You truly are the love of my life and I thank God everyday for orchestrating us meeting each other. You are the best and Colorado Springs and Manchester sure were lucky to have you, but now it's my turn to be lucky to have you. Cheeky I know. But I love you lots and will never stop loving you.

Love,

Spence
